How to make fried chicken

Yummy, yummy........

Hi, today i want share how to make delicious fried chicken. i want to tell how to make fried chicken because it's tasty and it can be eaten both freshly cooked or cold as a picnic food or cold-plate snack. Fried chicken is so popular that it's often part of the menu of many fast food and restaurant chains and indeed, of all meats, it is only chicken that tends to be fried on a regular basis. Properly done, fried chicken is totally delectable, which explains why it's a taste few are willing to give up!
Making fried chicken at home has a number of benefits. You control the quality of the ingredients, meaning that you can use the freshest possible and you can opt for organic chicken if you wish. Also, you can vary the ingredients to taste. And it's highly likely that everyone will want to eat the chicken at the family table, so it's a sure-fire winner for mealtime.

So now, i will share  the way and the ingredients how to make Fried chicken.

Original fried chicken:
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (not salt)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (not salt)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 tsp black pepper
  • 6-8 cups Crisco cooking oil
  • 2 fryer, or young frying chicken, cut in pieces
  • (optional) Add a teaspoon/ two of red chili powder for a spicy flavor
  • 1 tsp of crushed onions
This is a deep-fried method of preparing the chicken.

1) Prepare the batter by placing eggs and milk into one bowl.

2) Combine the flour, breadcrumbs and seasonings into another bowl.

3) Dip each chicken piece, first, into the flour, then the batter, and again into the flour. Place the coated pieces on a plate.
4) Add oil to a large, deep fryer. The fryer should be suitable for frying chicken. Heat on the stove at a medium setting. Watch to see that it does not get too hot and "spit". To test to see if the oil is hot, put your hands under the water faucet then flick the water from your fingers over the oil. If it sizzles, you know the oil is hot enough to add the chicken to fry.

5 )Remove from pan after the chicken is a golden brown color.

6) Place on paper towels, on the counter top.

7) Serve. Serve with coleslaw, salad or steamed vegetables of choice.

If you're going on a picnic, allow the fried chicken to cool down and pack in its own container, along
with other food items ready for the outing. :)

Thinking Skills

Hi... :)

Before this i tell you all about the five thinking aabilities, higher order thinking requires and reasoning critical thinking. Now i want share about components of critical thinking process and more details about thinking skills.

Component of critical thinking process divided by three. There are :

1) Affective Components
Affective components include valuing truth about self-interest, accepting change, empathizing, welcoming divergent views, tolerating ambiguity and recognizing personal biases.

2) Cognitive Components
Cognitive component more about thinking independently, defining problems accurately, analyzing data for value and content, employing a variety of thinking processes in problem solving. synthesizing resisting overgeneralization and employing reflective thinking.

3) Behavioral Components
Behavioral components inculde delaying judgement until adequate is available, employing precise terms, distinguish facts from opinions, gathering data, encouraging critical dialogue, listening actively and modifying judgement in the light of new info.

Critical thinking skills have interpretion where it is ability to categorize, determine significance and clarify meaning. beside that have analysis where it is ability to examine ideas, identify and analyze argument. Evaluation is ability to assess claims and arguments and inference is querying evidence, weighing alternatives and drawing conclusions. Critical thiniking skills also include explanation where it is presenting well-reasoning arguments to support a judgement or a point of view and self-regulation is self-examination and self-correction.

Becoming a critical thinker need avoid emotional reasoning, ask pertinent question, don't jump to conclusions, be open minded, internalize intellectual standards, consider the source, acknowledge what you don't know and strive for clear understanding, evaluate evidence judiciously, be skeptical and define terms clearly.

Thinking Skills

Hi guys

Today, i learn about thinking skills. There are five thinking abilities.

1) Memory : to recall something that has been learned
2) Cognition : To recognize and pick out bits and pieces of information
3) Evaluation : To judge the importance of something through careful study
4) Convergent Thinking : To work through related data to reach a logical conclusion
5) Divergent Thinking : To work through apparently unrelated data to reach a solution to a problem

Beside that, Higher order thinking requires :

1) Incubation : reflecting thoughtfully on knowledge you have to create new knowledge
2) Nuanced judgment : being sensitive to slight variations in meaning and interpretion
3) Rhetoric : using words effectively to communicate the results of higher order thinking
4) Discovering Structure : creating order out of apparent confusion and disorder.

Critical Thinking is the ability to distinguish between verifiable facts and value claims, determine the credibility of a source of information, determine the accuracy of a factual statement, distinguish between warranted and unwarranted reasons or conclusions, distinguish between relevent or irrelevant facts. In addiction, to detect bias, identfiy stated and implied assumptions, identify ambiguous or equivocal claims, reasons, or argument and lastly to recognise logical inconsistencies in an argument.

Managing Knowledge and Data

Today i learn something new about managing Data in class information system. What i learn, in IT applicatios require data. The data should be of high quality, meaning they should be accurate, complete, timely, consistent, accessible, relevant, and concise.

In managing data, there are common challenges where :
  • Data are scattere throughout organizations and are collected by many individuals using various methods and devices. These data are frequently stored in numerous servers and locations and in different computing systems, databases, formats, and human and computer language.
  • Data come from multiple sources.
  • Information systems that support particular business process impose unique requirements on data, which results in repetition and conflicts across an organization.
One strategy for implementing data governance is mata data. Master data management provides companies with the ability to store, maintain, exchange, and synchronize a consistent, accurate, and timely 'single version of the truth' for the company's core master data. Master data management consistently manages data gathered from across an organization, data from multiple sources, and data across business processes in an organization.

Organizations can use knowledge management to develop best practices, the most effective aand efficient ways of doing things, and to make these practices readily available to a wide range of employees. Other benefits of knowledge management include improved customer service, more efficient product development, and improved employee morale and retention.

The Young Generation (Generation Y)

Assalamualaikum....

Hi Guys....

Today i'm interested with topic generation Y because i'm also include in geration Y. Lets see what actually generation Y.. :)

Generation Y,also known as the Millennial Generation, is the demographic cohort following Generation X. There are not precise dates for when Generation Y starts and ends.Generation Y beginning birts dates ranging from the later 1970's or the early 1980's to the early 2000s

Generation Y grew up with technology and rely on it to perform their jobs better. Armed with BlackBerrys, laptops, cellphones and other gadgets, Generation Y is plugged-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This generation prefers to communicate through e-mail and text messaging rather than face-to-face contact and prefers webinars and online technology to traditional lecture-based presentations.

With the advancement of technology, luxury and a palette of options available, the younger generation are naturally practical. They are optimistic and ambitious and wishes to explore all possible horizons.

Science has made life very easy for the generation today. With the advancement of technology and ease of living, generation to come will be even more pratical. So, as the young generation we should be grateful with what we have now...:)
